CARPET CLEANING
Our 12 Step Process:
1. Pre-inspection.
2. Prepare area to be cleaned, remove floor registers, pick up edges of bedspread and pick up edges of curtain.
3. Pre-vacuum carpet and inside opening of floor register and wipe any dust off baseboards.
4. Move furniture (upon request) certain furniture we cannot move.
5. Pre-spot/pre-spray.
6. Agitate pre-spray with brush pro machine which works pre-spray into the carpet fibers and gives best cleaning results.
7. Hot water steam extract with the latest powerful truck mounted equipment that includes steam cleaning edges around baseboards with steam crevice tool.
8. Block and tab furniture legs to prevent spots from furniture.
9. Apply carpet protector or deodorizer if requested.
10. Groom carpet with carpet rake to give uniform appearance and speed drying.
11. Set up air movers to quickly dry carpet while we are in cleaning process.
12. Post inspection walk through to make sure customer is completely satisfied and to answer any questions.
TILE/GROUT CLEANING
Tile/Grout Cleaning Process:
Pre-inspection of your tile and grout for stains and loose tile and grout as well as dry soil removal.
Pre-treating to suspend the soil from the tile and grout using green products that are safe for the outside environment and indoor environment.
Agitation with rotary scrubber for main areas and hand scrubbers for edges and corners.
Extraction of pre-treatment and soil with our state of the art truck mounted system.
Drying with high speed fans.
Post inspection to ensure your satisfaction.
Grout sealers is applied upon customer approval.
FURNITURE CLEANING
Upholstery Cleaning Process:
Pre-inspection to determine fabric type and to identify any areas of concern.
Apply furniture cleaning pre-spray to break up any embedded soils.
Gently brush the pre-spray into the fibers and paying close attention to difficult areas.
We then use our powerful hot water extraction with tools that are designed to safely remove dirt or any contaminates that have found their way onto your furniture.
After your upholstery has been expertly cleaned we always recommend an application of furniture protector. With this treatment you will notice your furniture staying cleaner.
